Is family ready?

Staff meal is a daily Iron Chef competition. The cook in charge of "family” that day has an hour/hour and a half to prepare a meal for roughly twenty people. The ingredient supply is limited. Always there is a main protein to work around, usually an accompanying starch. With a few other basic ingredients, the spices of the kitchen, and the hard to please palates and empty stomachs of the entire staff riding on it, the game is on.

No rules. No recipes. No end to the chicken thighs. Welcome to staff meal.
